How can I build my self-confidence?

Develop your own personal positive mantra that you then say over and over again.  I could be as simple as 'I can do this, I am good'.  Just say this, or whatever mantra you create, over and over to yourself.  Say it five times when you awake in the morning, say it five times before you go do bed at night.  Say it when you are walking, say it when you sit down or get up.

    Good luck!

If you are not having help yourself by:-
1 - Thinking that the glass is half full not empty
2 - That anything is possible.
3 - Your weakness is your strength.
4 - You have got what people with confidence have got.
5 - You answer questions not questions for answers.
    6 - You love others.
    7 - Practice YOGA daily.

Don't compare yourself to other people.  Concentrate on what you are good at and your strong points.  Everyone has talents....they just aren't the same as everyone else.  I think this is definitely a hard thing to do.  Just don't beat yourself up over small things.

take chances, trust your intuition or inner voice, honor what it is that is important to you-your values-where your time and money easily flow show us what you highest values are. You are a genius at your values, and an idiot at what is not important to you. we are ALL genius/idiots. not one person alive has more importance than you. no matter who you are, or who you are not, no matter what you have done, or not done, no matter who you become, or do not become, you are worthy of love. Dr. Mike
