What is The Best Way to Deal With a Co-Worker who is Jealous of You?
Win his/her heart may be. Though, a certain rivalry possesses in everyone. If you are offended by certain acts of them just do not respond at first place but if it comes with all guns blazing then warned them strictly. But still, I believe leave some space for peace. Please change with times, so you can hope as well.
Inquire what he/she feels, asking why in a friendly positive way in privacy. If Jealousy continues, ask the co-worker about their working environment and what can we do to improve it. If that fails, question the co-worker (no matter who is around) what makes them feel as they do, and what corrective actions are necessary? If they beat around the bush, spotlight the situation with a recomendation and demand a response in full.
