Adapt to the knowledge you now have. For whatever reason, your coworker divulges information in ways that exploit you, or "throw you under the bus." From here on out, your mission is a preventative one. Value your reputation very highly, and never give your coworker ammunition against you. You will be tempted to confront your coworker about the problem. If you must, you must, but I would advise against it. Complaints will be complained about in turn, as your coworker has clearly proven.
Co-worker will always be call co-workers they're not there to be call lasting friends ,don't get me wrong they're some good one ,but a small margin. You have to be very aware of their silent ,it can be dangerous .sometime you'd to leave--let they hang by there own thread ,forget that they even exit in your establishment learn everything about your job the in and out it will eat their heart out ,just to remember with respect .
