What is the best way to solve a conflict between two employees?
It would depend on whether or not it was a personal conflict or a company conflict.
Personal conflict, both employees would be sat down and informed that the conflict cannot be allowed to interefere with daily duties.
If it is business, then a clear cut policy always resolves conflicts
By observing the two employees personalities. You can find why they clash so often and try to match them between two other people with more similar personalities.
Well, there is the door for one. If they cant resolve the problem than the problem has to go. Other wise tell them that their issues need to be left at the door not in a place of business. If they can not be profession about the job then there is another alternative of being dimissed from the job.
