Do you have a fear of public speaking and how do you deal with the fear?
I used to have an almost crippling fear of public speaking, one that made my knees shake and my tummy queasy.
I dealt with the fear by facing it- feeling the fear and speaking out anyway.
It also helps to do my best to forget about me and instead focus on loving my audience and trying to be of service to them
