Is it possible that all employee are the share holder of their company.
An employee get the %profit each month/ each year by the company instead of salary.
so the productivity of corporate world will increase.
The directors of any company expect the employees to work as if they were shareholders, but then balk at the idea of giving them a cut in the shares, to bring their wages up to an equivalent of the director's share. If employees want that sort of deal, then they must be prepared to shell out if the company makes a loss, it's swings and roundabouts.
that's how my company works. i have the most shares but other then one guy who has only been with us for a few months, we all share a percentage of the months profits.
