Have you ever written a letter to a company complimenting one of their employees?
Have you ever been so impressed by an employees service that you wrote a letter to the company saying how great they were?
I actually called a customer response line (rather than write a letter) to compliment a salesman at Men's Wearhouse in Erie who helped us purchase suits for 2 of my sons for the funeral of another son.
When I go to a store or restaraunt and the employee goes out of their way to be helpful, I do send a letter to the company letting them know about my great experience with their company. I make sure that I get that employees name before I leave the store so that I can reference them specifically.
