You know a Co-Worker is stealing others work to get noticed, what would you do?
I would approach that co-worker in a kind and gentle manner to let them know that I realize what is going on. I would tell them that if this behaviour stops immediately, I will feel no need to tell anyone anything; however, if this theft continues I would have to consult with my supervisor as to the best way of handling things.
Firstly I'd try talk to the person him or herself. If that didn't work I would write an anonymous note to the person having their work stolen informing them of this. If it was happening a lot I'd go to the boss about it.
