Has anyone worked at AT&T?
How did you like it? If you currently work there, what should I expect?
I used to work for a company that was bought by AT&T.
Depends what you will be doing. I was in a call center. People called in and wanted to start phone service, transfer it, etc. The focus of the job wasn't really in helping, it was in selling products. We trained to sell. We didn't have quotas, but we had sales goals. They couldn't use the word "quotas". They also listened in on our calls.
It was a very bad experience for me. I can't just sell to someone who doesn't want products.
The pay, benefits, etc. were nice. But it wasn't the job for me.
