Not recognizing that the best person for one job or another shouldn't be a matter of one-size-fits-all (and often superficial) hiring "points" and using superficial measures that don't (can't - and never will) to determine "best qualified to do the job with excellence and effectiveness".
I agree to your point. However,let me rephrase;I am looking for basic Skill set and Mindset that freshers are missing,in order to get job. In India in 2011 alone there were 700k+ Technical pass outs, and only 15% got employed. What can be the reason.
