LOL, the picture made me laugh, define bad, I have been a victim of incomptent bosses,so they were not bad in the sense of being mean or unjust but they were bad in the sense that they were not qualified for the position.
The term bad boss can mean different things to people because there are different types of bad bosses. Referring to a bad boss is suggesting that their 'behavior' is bad; but not necessarily the person. Although, some bad bosses are truly bad inside.
Bad bosses come in a variety of types. The spineless "boss" did not want to do the difficult part of his job and tell a colleague that he could not cuss at other employees or throw various objects in the office during his red faced temper tantrums that had no place in a place of work. The spineless boss also could not tell another employee that she needed to to her job because her tasks were increasing the workload on others. I had to quit, the pay and stress were not worth it in the short or long run.

Have you ever seen someone, or read an email from someone, and without even knowing them just felt like they had bad intentions or a darkness around them? And the other way around, ever meet someone and just feel like they are a really good person?
