Does forcing me to move from one office to another qualify for age discrimination?
If no qualifying answer or explanation is given and it creates a burden for the employee.
It really depends- is it just you, or your department? Has your job role changed? Is this part of a larger phase out for all employees? Are you being moved from a young, trendy office to one filled with older people? Has there been anything else that you may have had to endure that indicates such prejudice?
