You need paypal account. Bank account is optional. If you want to withdraw cash, yes you need bank account. Hp pays to paypal, transfer paypal to bank, withdraw cash
You have to have Adsense account to earn from Hub Pages programs.
You have to have a Pay Pal Account
YOu have to fill out tax information.
On your profile I can see that you are from Laguna, Philippines. Therefore, it shouldn't be that difficult for you to get a PayPal account (As a Pinoy you will most likely find a PayPal account very useful anyway).
Thanks!! but whats the use of Adsense account? Do I really need a Adsense account to earn money in Hubpages? Thanks!!
Adsense account is required for all HP earnings programs. Otherwise, your only option is sales for Amazon, Share a sale, linkshare, commission junction, etc, with exception clickbank which is not permitted.
Do I really need a Adsence account even if I have a paypal account?
You need a Adsense account if you want to earn money on Hub pages other than from sales for Amazon, etc if you are an affiliate with them. Payments are made through Pay Pal.
There is no way to avoid having an Adsense account.

When I...

I saw a solicitor today to write a new Will, which focussed my mind on what will happen to ongoing earnings after my death. Can my Executors have my hubpages account transferred to my beneficiaries? If so, what is the procedure.
