There are websites where you can sell the rights to photos. However, there are MASSIVE databases of stock photos, many of which are being updated to be more diverse.
So unless your picture is a low cost way to have a legitimate image of a specific event, meets a rare niche that stock photos typically don't or one of the few demonstrable images of an important person/place, you won't make much money at it.
