What are the crucial steps that one should take to totally rebound after being fired from a job
as a result of HIS/HER own failings? Is there a very remote possibility that one can ever succeed once h/she is fired from a job through his/her own fault?
You surely can. If you get fired due to inability don't lose hope. Take some time. Pray to God for support. And then make a list of all your capabilities, skills etc. Then for each one give yourself a score 0-5. Where 0=no skill and 5=high skill. Where you have low or no skill take up some training and improve your abilities. Continue to look for jobs.
If possible, review the failings that caused it to happen. And in the next job interviews, admit what you did wrong and how you've learned from it instead of blaming everyone else.
