If you've worked in customer service what's the craziest thing you've seen/encountered?

I used to work in a clothing store ,the worst customer we ever had kept us there way after we closed and was angrily organzing the sizes on the rack of clothes,by throwing the ones on the floor that didnt go in that size.

This happened many years ago. I was part-timing at a cologne counter in a departmental store. One afternoon, this rather unkempt looking fellow approached the opposite counter, which sold body lotion for female. That fellow spent the next, ten minutes? Mesmerised by the promotional standee which featured the back view of a gorgeous lady. Then, he slurped his finger and used that to stroke the parts of the standee that had exposed flesh.
The guys at my counter went hysterical. The girls at the lotion counter DIDN'T find it amusing at all. We called security and everybody watched the loonie intently till he left by himself.
