How To Remove Google Website Penalty ?
you can't removes ! unless you have good reason why Google remove their penalty! my suggestion is buy new hosting ! and redirect to your subdomain to minimize negative effects
from bad neighborhood I.e penalty site!
I don't understand what penalty we are talking aboout. Deindexing? Sandbox for some keywords? Flag?
Everything can be fixed but first you have to be more specific
