You have hit a pretty impressive milestone—you now have 300 Followers!

In January 2011 I received this e-mail from HubPages. "You have hit a pretty impressive milestone—you now have 300 Followers!"

As a writer, photographer, and artist of unique content who was working like a mad woman to build my on-line niche, having gotten this notification from HubPages was a big thrill.

For newer Hub writers, as you make milestones, gain followers, publish Hubs, have your Hubs read, you will get encouragement for your successes.

The notification was a reminder to me; writing as @Lillygrillzit, that I may be the next success story highlighted on HubPages. Having had some real set-backs, losses, and disappointments in life, I can hardly explain the feelings I experienced when I got this notification.

For the first time in my life I was facing possible and probable as a writer and artist.

LillyGrillzit (one of my pen names), has been highlighted, and reviewed by SweetSusieG. What is cool about that is I got to review an author who I admire.

If I had not been highlighted by HubPages, or interviewed, I can easily admit to success.

I am already experiencing success, as a writer, because of the Community, and Tools afforded, and shared with Hubbers on HubPages.

I have made a large impact on tourism in Arkansas, mostly in Little Rock, and North Little Rock.

I will leave this world having made a difference for good.

Thank you HubPages.

CloudExplorer explains some of his milestones on YouTube

Hubbers succeed best who help other Hubbers out

It's a wheel, it's a wheel, it's a wheel in the middle of this huge publishing factory. Each Hubber plays an important part in the transportation and success of the ride. I love the Idea of a Hub. A Hub is only part. It is an important part, but you can have excellent Hub Writers, who do not correspond with the Hub community, and although I love solitude.

Writing on-line is more than writing and getting people to read what you wrote.

To be a successful Follower, and gain followers, you must be willing to read, help and promote other publishers.

Hub Pages philosophy has basic roots within the Law of Success, so that means it will work. Writers know how tough it can be. Sometimes you are flowing, and at other times, we run into a brick wall.

On Hub Pages there is an unspoken reward for doing something, like Hub Hopping. This is where you quickly read newly published Hubs, and vote them up, down, or Hop! This helps the Hubbers who are publishing, hoping for feedback, it also helps the Hopper, because:

  1. You meet new Hubbers
  2. When you help others, it always comes back to make you feel better
  3. Other Hubbers meet you
  4. It helps the entire community. This is how we keep Hub Pages a moving happy wheel

We are all in this together...

All of us Hubbers who have gained over 300 followers are warriors!

We have passed another milestone on HubPages.

if it weren't for the whole HubPages community, there would be no victory.

  • Celebrate one, celebrate all.

Good Luck and thanks for the Follow!

I was thrilled when she passed the 20,000 views a couple of days ago

Lilly was thrilled when she passed another Hub Milestone (milestone) just a few days ago. She passed being viewed, over 20,000 times. Lilly started writing on HubPages in the beginning of July 2010, and it took until November 4, of 2010 to get 10,000 views, On January 28, 2011, Lilly passed 20,000!

Lilly has worked very hard to have the volume of Hubs here. It would take a lot of dedication and insanity to plug away as hard and furious as she has. She averages 95 hours per week on-line, writing, networking and building other on-line marketers.

Milestones, growth and artistic maturity
