I did publish the same article in an another small site, and Google found only the article published in the small site not the hub one. why ?

When the search engine finds your article twice it will only index one of them because it does not want to list duplicate content.

Yes, that's right, Rob. If you post duplicate content, Google will only display that site that it thinks is most authoritative.
