The score associated with specific Hubs DOES have some significance. If a hub's score is below 75 it is a "nodofollow" link. If it's over 75 it then becomes a "dofollow" link.

Your author score. . ..doesn't much matter. Oh, my score matters a lot to me, but it doesn't do much for Google . . .that I know of.
Now, I do have to say that Paul, the CEO of Hubpages - surely knows what he's talking about, and Paul E. says that Google is looking at individual authors such as you and I. . . .and assessing our "authority" when putting and ranking our web pages for search engine results.
