   Is there any easy way to check the hubscore on a hub that I didnt write?
   
   I was adding links on my hubs to other peoples hub and I was wondering if there is a quick was to measure the quality of the hubs I might be linking.

   I am still relatively new to HubPages, but I do know of one way to check Hub scores on Hubs that you did not write.  Go to the my account page and then click on the activity tab.  This will show the scores of all of the Hubs that you have made a comment on.
   
   I am sure there is a better way, but this is the only way that I know of.  Unfortunately this only shows the scores for Hubs that you have commented on.  I hope this helps.

   If you are talking about the suggest links tool you always see the score of the writer you are linking to. You must remember though hub scores change as often as daily. As a general rule unless they have been a hubber for year or more you can feel assured their content has value as long as the number is above 85. 
   
   Indivual hub scores make no difference, they change daily in some part based on the number of readers in the past 30 days.
   
   What I recommend if you don't know the writer is to follow through to the profile and see how long they have been a member of hub pages. I realize this takes time. Broken links are not fun to deal with so it is worth the effort especially if you have many hubs.
   
   The most important thing to remember is does this link add value to my message? If it does not no matter how high the number don't link to it. Your job as a writer is to provide great content, links should be to content that enhances your message in some way.

   Scores really don't tell you anything about a hub.
   
   And why are you linking to hubs based on a random suggestion? You should be redirecting traffic to your own work, to increase your own traffic! The only exception is if you find a REALLY good hub that you have personally found helpful and wish to link (and you can use a referral code so you can earn off it, too, when people click through to it.)

   If you mean a hub that you haven't published yet, then sure you can. Just click on your account page. Scroll to the bottom of that page, and you'll find a list of ALL of your hubs, published or not published. You'll be able to get all of the information you need for your hubs here. Normally a hub that isn't published doesn't have a score as high as published hubs. Keep on hubbing!!

   A quick sort of back door way to do it is to leave a comment on the Hub you are wondering about.  The Hub will then show up on your feed and it will have the Hub Score with it.  But, as wheelinallover says, the Hub Score can change and it can change dramatically over time.

   When you add links on your Hubs to the Hubs of other HubPages writers, are you contacting the other writers and asking for permission to link to their Hubs? It's considered the *polite* thing to do.
   
   One shouldn't link to someone else's Hub without asking if it is OK to do so. You can contact the other writers by going to their HubPages profile page and sending e-mails via HP.
