What happened to the links to the "latest" hubs in each category?

   What happened to the links to the "latest" hubs in each category?
   
   I used to enjoy browsing through new hubs by clicking the "latest" link in each category.  But now all I see are "featured hubs".  Is there still an easy way for us to browse through all of the latest hubs?

   Hi tips, I noticed the same thing, I have been following the email "latest notifications from hubpages" but it's not all inclusive. Sorry, i am not much help on this one.

   I  liked  using the 'latest' and 'best' sort options, too. Apparently they are gone for now.  Maybe they will be restored if enough people ask . . . or maybe not.

   I used to browse through the Latest all the time. I loved to share advice with newcomers. Now it appears and algorithm or a management team has made the decision. That's fine - I have plenty of other things to do.

   I know Hubpages includes all of the hubs published in the categories I am following in my feed, but I do not have time to hang around my house and check my feed. I will always read a few hubs on dogs as soon as they are published (like those from Alexadry or Bob Bamberg) but am not able to read most of them. Since Hubpages has seen fit to do away with this "latest" category any hub I miss in my feed is lost to me.
   Sorry, I realize that does not answer your question. No, there is no easy way to browse the latest hubs in the categories you are following. I think this is a mistake.

   I don't know, but it seems like HP is removing all their best features lately (the old hub hopper, which they restored after negative feedback), various little other details, and now this.  Too many cooks spoil the broth--case in point.

   Its good to know many others also miss the "latest" feature.  It seems like HP shoots itself in the foot by making changes without thinking about the impact on its users.  I read about 5 new hubs each day because of the "latest" feature.  So that's 5 fewer page views each day for the HP community, and I'm just one of the many Hubbers who used this feature.  And Its actually much more lost traffic than that because the "latest" feature was my primary means of discovering other Hubbers, so I'm no longer reading their older hubs either.  Hopefully HP will bring the "latest" back.

   I am disappointed with this change, and there are many other hubbers who share this view. It's a real shame because now people will be reading fewer hubs, and that can only be bad for the site as a whole. Seems like utter madness!

   Use the HubPages feed by clicking on "HubPages".  It is in big lettering at the top to the left of the search box.  You can then use the filter option to see only hubs.  I recently published a hub and it is there now.  Doing that to see the latest hubs is easy.  There is also a filter by topic option but I don't know how to add topics.

      If I miss the feed I miss the article. I am not able to sit here in front of the computer all of the time. I used to be able to see articles published within the last few days. That is no longer the case.

      I just checked the feed and there are hubs listed that are over 7 days old.  You don't need to keep checking it.  After using the SHOW MORE option at the bottom I went as far as 12 days old and I could have went farther.

    It looks like they're gone.  I was wondering this too.  I used the latest and best categories all the time.  I wish they'd bring them back.
