    I'm facing the same problem..
They say it's 6 months, but there's no actual mention about it by Google, though the minimum is now at about 20 high quality hubs I think..
Just keep writing and publishing high quality articles and try applying for your adsense account between a gap of 1 month..
I've checked your account and it seems that you don't have any featured Hubs at all...

First get all your hubs featured..
Unless your hubs are featured, they won't be shown on Google's search engine..
Try and write hubs of atleast 800+ words along with high quality images, use polls, etc.
      You'll automatically notice an increase..

All of your hubs are not featured, that means that google has not indexed any of them. I cannot find your hubs and that probably means that no one else can either. Make sure to check spelling and grammar. Add photos that are relevant , use the capsules, add polls , ratings and most important of all write original content.

Hey, there's another way from my experience to get approved by adsense. Instead of applying again via hubpages, start a blogger blog for yourself(its free). As it is owned by google, i think they give it priority.
Write some quality posts for a week and go to the adprogram inside blogger dashboard and you'll find an option to add adsense as a revenue for your blog. I don't remember exactly where it is, but you'll be able to find it inside blogger dashboard.
Once you get approved, you can just add your id from adsense account into hubpages.
I got approved with this in 10 days, even without having good quality posts. But mind you, it was more than few years before. I hope it still works. Try this and let me know... hope this helps...

Thanks for the info. But i tried this also before.it is true that they give adsense approval for bloggers years back but now they have tightened the screws for bloggers also. Now they are approving only high profile bloggers only.
