What does religion have to do with my question?  From the age of 18 to the age of 28 they do not have their full brains and that was what I was getting at.  They have no concept of consequences bcuz they have no concrete thoughts yet.

Thought you were getting onto the idea that many younger people havnt thought deeply about important ideas such as spirituality.

I've known quite a few 18-28 year-olds with a concept of consequences and concrete thoughts. Not sure what you're basing that logic on.

MT, yes there are a few of them.  They are strong minded youngsters.  The Frontal Lobe of the brain doe snot start to develop until they are 18 and does not complete until the age of 28 or so. That is my source. http://youtu.be/EXglEFyELog

People sometimes learn more control of emotions & hone their decision-making skills with age, but it doesn't mean young people have no concrete thoughts. The science disagrees with you. Even children think & have developing concepts of conseq

Thinking back on why I was banned from posting in the religion part of the Hubpages forum I'd have to agree with you Oztinato.  But I doubt there's one.  I was posting a link to a verse in the Bible, in a thread with a topic about Christianity.  The

(The) Hubpages mod called it advertising.  He said he'd un-ban me if I promised to never post a link in the forums again.  I refused to do that because I was seeing other Hubpages me

Why would that matter? It shows they probably don't hire older people but it's part of our culture to assume everyone over thirty has lost their edge and that everyone over forty is incapable of adaptation or learning of any sort.

Any mistakes HP staff make are due to being human, not being young. I have no concerns about the thinking ability of people under 30. Ageism is crappy whichever direction it goes and there's a lot of it embedded in our culture.

Most IT staff these days are under 30, it goes with the territory. Most schools in this borough only started giving IT lessons about 30 years ago - my young 'uns had IT lessons around the age of 7. All three are IT savvy, all three are currently under 30. Their teachers were around the age of most IT department heads.

If you write a tutorial hub within the hub layout is a picture of the hubpages staff whilst you are writing your hub and I would reckon none of them are over 30. (I think!)
