Trying to open a new Hub and the warning states..

    We are experiencing a technical difficulty and I cannot open a new hub.  Are there limitations on how many you can write a day?  Is there something I can do to fix the issue myself?

      In general, our site works best with Firefox.

      You can download and install Firefox from this site.

      Does the issue persist if you use a different browser?
