I saw a link in my google adsense account today which says your videos, i decided to try the link, followed some instructions and ads started showing on my few youtube vidoes.
Is that for real or .....
Anyone knows what is going on?
Google has been allowing Adsense partnerships since they bought Youtube...
I can't remember when it started but YouTube videos have been able to be monetized through AdSense for a while now. At first I think they were sending out invites for people to do it.
They are VERY picky with which videos you can monetize though. I had one that was taken while I was creating a painting of a bridge that YouTube denied because there was copyrighted music in the background. We were listening to the radio while doing the painting.
I also posted a video of a barbershop quartet that was singing inside our local Kroger store around Christmas. They wouldn't let me monetize that one either because they were afraid of copyright issues.
They are extremely strict with it but it's nice to get the few extra pennies.
I like to use some of my own YouTube videos in my hubs instead of other people's when I can because if they have the ads in them, it's helps add to the $ from YouTube.

If you think of all the Youtube videos on hubpages it equals a lot of impressions. That's millions of impressions that Youtube is getting for free. Because almost every hub on here has Google ads, it would make sense for Youtube to kick back some of the impressions that its Youtube...

I logged in (not using the link provided just in case) and was able to 'add' my adsense to my account.Has anyone had any success with Youtube videos? I only have two so far - and they are connected to a couple of...

After writing 20 hubs I get single digit views this is just non-sense bcos my youtube get more than 10000 views with just 6-7 videos and earn dollars per day. This site is no where near google and just says the writers to improve or get banned...

Hi, my lenses were imported yesterday and the lenses that had YouTube videos are not showing the videos on the Hub versions. The original video module title shows on the hub, but no video. I haven't checked all of them yet, but this affects at least 8 of my hubs and I haven't found any...

I just tried to publish my first article and it received a substandard ratings. I then got a form letter email that said absolutely nothing. In the email it referenced a website that I referenced but that's it. It's not a subversive site or anything, in fact its a website put up by the american...
