    Hi. Is it possible on Hubpages to use YouTube videos in another language but with English captions? Thanks smile

      If you're the creator of the vid then go ahead. There's nothing wrong with that creative-wise.

    It is the safest move if you shall upload a youtube link or video it's best to have english cc or subtitles so hubbers can understand well.
