Hi everyone, I just browsed through some topics on forum because I needed help. I joined Hubpages 11 months ago, and I have about 40 Hubs, my overall ratings are $5 on Adsense and about $15 on Ad program til now.
Now I wanted to ask you when did you received your first payout from one of these, because I'm very anxious , I also don't promote my hubs, because I don't know how, so can someone point few sites or tips for promotion because I'm really newbie.
Thanks.
I was on hubpages about 3 months before I got my first payout which came a month or so after I had earned it. They have to make sure all the sales have been finalized from the eBay and Amazon capsules.
You got a payout only 3 months after joining?? Dude, I need your secret. That's amazing
I'm not sure what you're saying. Are you getting $5.00 per day on adsense and $15.00 per day on ad program? If so, you are doing better than most people on hubpages. I also don't know what you mean by "ratings" Please explain better. I can say that I currently get a payment of about 150.00 per month through hubpages ad program, and less than pennies through adsense.
I know what you mean about adsense. For hundreds of organic page views I have earned less than $2 from adsense in 14 months.Ad program is indeed far better
Ok! I read your Angels and Demon hub your title should be "Angels and Demons" I also noticed you refer to demons or angels as "they" or "them" when you should be putting your keywords there which is either demons, angels, and angels and demons.
Use your keywords throughout your hub when ever possible. Do not keyword stuff either. Just add your keywords naturally and make sure your hub makes since and flows nicely as you read it.
SEO is not an exact science. It is okay to just let it fly, and be the next trend. I notice that seems to be the approach you take. You let it fly with not much concern for keywords. Perhaps you edit later and place a few in. If so . . . brilliant. Your work comes across a fresh, vibrant and as if you are fling by the seat of your pants. You have talent.
Have accumulated about 15$ from Adsense in 18 months. Signed up for Adsense 3 months ago and have made pay out ever month, steady increase. Only advertising is done on pinterest, just pin a couple a day and hopefully one will catch. Good luck. I doubt I will ever reach Google payout.
Sorry, money is made in Hubpage ads-not adsense
Money is made through Hubpages ads AND Adsense + Amazon and eBay.
You can create made for pinterest images using your hub title on a relevent photo to generate thousands of views.
Average time to payout can vary quite a bit, but tends to be somewhere between nine and eighteen months for most site users.
Thank you for writing this useful information-- but some of us like me will remain so disappointed with the tiny scope of income that can be generated from hubpages and that also after so much efforts. I found it hard for my age to learn all the tricks .
I received my first payment after being here 10 months. I think at that point I had 80 something hubs.
Some subjects are worth more than others and I saw that you have some travel hubs. The subject of travel is on the higher end of the money scale if I remember correctly. Most of my hubs are on the lower end of the scale but I like the subjects so that's why I picked them.
As far as getting traffic to your hubs, the Learning Center has a TON of information! You can get to it here: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/contents
There's a section there specifically on how to promote your hubs. For other ideas, you can visit some of the hubs that have been written by people on here about getting traffic. Just go up to the search box on the top left (ish) and type in something along the line of "hub traffic." Then on the right side, click on "hubs" and it will show you the hubs I'm talking about.
It takes some time to read all of it but once you do, you should be golden!
Now I'm off to read your hub on Loki but I wanted to answer you first.
You are very welcome! I loved your hub on Loki. Very cool!
I was on here for a little over a year before I received my first payout, but the Hubpages Ad Program wasn't around when I started, so it didn't take a full year for those to accumulate. I did notice a sharp increase in traffic around a year after starting.
Took me about 9 months to reach Adsense payout ($150 in Aus). These days I easily get HP payout each month + Adsense/Amazon every 3 months.
Thanks for sharing you all! I just joined hub pages, but I joined mainly because I love writing and because I wanted to share my knowledge of how to make money online (I've made quite a bit online!).
I haven't yet signed up for making money off of hubpages yet, but good to know it's an option here!
Well, you are already a millionaire. You don't need it
one million dollars and a little extra :-) with the help of my parents. but still i want it to grow hopefully. still learning and profiting!
Haven't had my first payout yet... I've still only earned about $9.00.
I'll let you know when it happens.
I made about $16 from Hubpages Ad Program, and I'm 11 months here. The main reason about this love earning is because I didn't do any promotion for my hubs.
I had about 40 hubs when I made my first payout and it took 9 months. It's not really about the amount of hubs you have it has a lot to do with topics.
As for the keywords I will visit one of your articles and see if I can craft away thats easy for you to understand how to use keywords?
I've been here around 9 months and will get my first payout next month. But have noticed earnings are rising and so is my traffic.
I reached my payout 4 months after joining hubpages and got payout the following month. Hubpages Ads and eBay Programs work best for me. And i have been receiving monthly payment after that. The only thing to do is to write hubs, many hubs that answer what people are asking or hubs that solve problems. Using keywords help as well, but whether you use keywords or not, as long as you write content that solves problems, you will surely get organic visitors, with little or no promotions. Although, i will advice hubbers to promote their hubs.
Good for you;it didn't take you long. I have $1.44 in adsense earnings and about $5 from the ad program after 14 months. I read it takes two years of hard work so you have really done well to start earning so soon
Wait, just a sec here!...you can make money on hub pages?Hmmm, how come nobody told me about that...?
wow, bizwin you have a lots of hubs, can you give me some advice on how to promote my hubs ?
I took almost 8 months to make my first $100 from HubPages. The next was after 3 months and then 2 months and then every month.
Thanks for your replies, Tamron, iI'll check my Keywords
A single day. As soon as I wrote my first Hub I made around $0.10 which is considered money. But if you're talking about REAL money, I received my first payment for $100 quite recently.
Last month and this month I received a payment, and I think it is mostly because of one hub. I have 16 and it gets 2/3 of the traffic. I've been here 5 months but haven't published recently, working on next one..
Use socialadr.com and best-reviewer.com They work well for me.Also you will get inconsistent traffic from classifiedads.com. Hope these work for you too.Good luck with your traffic.
I did try to join a few networks, and had some interesting experiences. I've found I mostly want to spend what free time I have writing and interacting with people all over the world. Great inspiration!
Hi,
I am also newbie and loves to write content and that,s why i use hubpages to post my contents. I have no idea regarding making money using hubpage.

I was wondering how much people actually earn on HubPages through HubPages ads program? Does it produces better results than AdSense? How much hubs and tgime does it take to start earning? Yeah, I know, so many questions, but I really need to know the answers. Thanks in advance for answering it.

I was just wondering how successful people are with the Hubpages ad program and if anyone had managed to make payout in one day yet. I have yet to earn over $5 in one day from the ad program. How about everyone else?
