The text: " Some of MyWeb's Favorite Topics" is overlapping the text "MyWeb's Hubs ... More link"? I can't actually see all of the text to know for sure what it says. See picture below.
Using Google Chrome version 21.0.1180.60 m

      @MyWebs
Are you still seeing this issue?

I checked out your profile in Chrome 21 on Windows 7 and did not see the issue.

Yes. I don't just see it on my profile, but some other users' profile pages too. I'm also using Win 7, Home Premium version.

I'll add a few profiles here as I find them, maybe they all have something in common that would help to pinpoint the issue?

I see the issue as well.

I will send the info to our engineering team to get it fixed.

            Thanks for the help!

      This should now be resolved.
I tested in Chrome and the profiles are rendering properly now.

Sorry Matthew but my profile is still having the issue, maybe it just needs some time to sort itself out but just letting ya know that I still have the problem.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and are still seeing the issue?

Hmm, I just cleared my cache and am still seeing the issue. Do you still see it on my profile or is it just me?

Also, when I click on any of the profiles MyWebs posted I still see the issue with them

I cleared my cache and tested. Not only is my profile still all messed up but so is every single one of those other hubber's profile I posted above.

I think that 'Fixed' change was premature.

Mine is still having the problem, I looked at the profiles you posted and again... Same problem. I did try internet explorer (After waiting ten minutes for it to open) and my profile was fine there, however I am not going to let this issue force me into using IE!

This seems to be a Chrome only issue. I'm starting to wonder if maybe this issue isn't caused by something we have installed, like a Chrome extension.

I only have two extensions, YouTube ad block and speed dial... I don't have any  new extensions, my profile worked fine before when I still had just these installed.

I have disabled all extensions with chrome, and again cleared my cache, I have deleted all history as well as cookies etc. and am still seeing the issue, like I said earlier I am also seeing it with others' profiles

I have neither of those extensions installed. I just rebooted my laptop and flushed my cache again. Besides temporarily removing two extensions that were giving warnings. No joy.

I created a new user within Chrome which gives that user a clean slate. Still buggy. I don't see how this isn't a problem on HP's end after all my new tests and JakeFrost  too.

Thanks for all the super helpful details.
I was finally able to reproduce the issue after testing on several machines.

A subset of profiles are rending improperly in Chrome 21 abstracted from the operating system (both OS X and Windows 7)

I see the issue in Chrome 21.0.1180.60 (the latest stable release) in Windows 7 and Chrome  21.0.1180.57 in OS X.  I have sent these further details to engineering to be addressed.

It does not appear to affect Chrome 20,  Firefox, Internet Explorer, nor Safari.

This issues should now be fixed for Chrome 21.
I just confirmed in Chrome 21 in Windows 7.

I think it's because I have a few fat fonts going on at my page big_smile other wise, it may be only a temporary glitch which will be remedied in the morning as quickly as possible. Did you refresh your page? clear your cache? etc. ?

I just flushed my cache, recently rebooted and did a CTRL + F5 and it's still the same. Seems to be a problem on HP's end of things.

Now I also notice that my profile is missing the latest, hot and best tabs where it's covered up with the misplaced text.

  3. Horatio Plot profile image74
    Horatio Plotposted 11 years ago

This seems to only be happening in Google Chrome.
If I go through a list of my followers profile pages, some have the problem and some do not. Of the ones that have the problem, as MyWebs points out, their latest, hot and best tabs (infact that whole section) is missing.
    Hope this helps.

Sorry, I mean covered up with the "favourite topic" banner.
I don't see the problem in IE9, just Chrome.

I have this exact same problem and was about to post a thread on it but then I saw it's already been noticed. Do we know if it is fixable yet?
