I filled out the instructions capsule. Got out of that capsule, saved it, and moved some other things around. I needed to go do something else so I hit done. The page came up without the instructions I had just typed. When I hit edit to see if they were gone, they were. Everything that I typed was missing from the instructions capsule, but not the other capsules. There was no error message.
