The first looks like a Yew bush. The second might be a type of shelf mushroom, but they usually grow on tree stumps or fallen logs.

The mushroom has a thick stem/stalk.

Are yew berries poisonous? I ate a couple of these berries when I was a kid, and they didn't make me ill. They were sweet.

The flesh is edible, but the seed coating is poisonous, as is yew foliage.
