I have an adsense channel for myworkdomain.com and for myhomedomain.com Is there any way to create a similar channel (in Google) that tracks aadsense on my hubs? Thanks!

Sure, to track all of your hubpages impressions, just set up a channel for "hubpages.com". And as SunSeven said, if you wanted to track individual hubs you can set up a channel for the entire hub URL, for instance:
