I have posted my first hub at this location:
http://knowledgeismight.hubpages.com/hu … typography
and I am looking for feedback.
Is there anything I can improve (yes, you can always improve but sometimes you are stuck at some point...). And, I am not a native English speaker so, is everything alright with the language or does it sound funny?
Looking forward to some feedback.
Welcome to HubPages I think you've got a good start. I highly recommend writing for people with a gr 8 level of education. Follow that 'keep it simple' rule You have body with the text but now need to add photo's, a video, a poll. Just something that will/may prolong the stay of your audience I'd also recommend posting 'samples' of those widows and orphans. Over all, a good start!
Now I have added some pictures / screenshots from my samples, so people can have a look at a widow and an orphan. And I found a good video on youtube about avoiding those errors in InDesign.
Thanks for mentioning the obvious thing I have obviously missed ;-)

I have a hub that was not featured due to problems with quality. How do we know what the quality issue is? I read the rating chart and didn't seem to find anything wrong with the hub in question.

I've tried to make it presentable as much as possible, especially since I'm really not trying to sell anything at all.Again, for those who know me, I'm simply passing along knowledge I've learned to others.Again, I'm not asking your...
