    Each time that I try to download my personal picture, biography, and article all data goes into the web browser.  I tried to refresh and attempt to publish, but the same thing happens. Any suggestions?

      Sorry to hear you are having problems.

    Thanks Mathew:

    Fortunately, I was able to post my first article. (everything worked) Now, I am attempting to submit tax information, but the tab for accepting HubPages requirements will not click to the tax page.  Also, I did not need to complete taxes in 2011.  Not sure what steps to follow.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

      Your HubPages earning program application and taxes are both showing as incomplete.

      It appears you are using Internet Explorer 7 in Windows XP, which is a rather old version (the newest version is 9 and the newest version supported by your operating system is 8).

      I would suggest downloading and installing the latest stable version of Firefox, 15.0.1.

      Do you still have problems if you use Firefox 15.x?
