Gosh, this is confusing. First, how do I upload a Google Ad Sense HTML into my hub web page?
I have Ad Sense ads on my site now, but no earnings. Because I have ads on my site does it mean that when they are clicked I will get payment?
PLEASE HELP ME. I AM DESPERATE FOR HELP.

In HP no need to add HTML code, just paste your publisher id into the affiliate settings

DO NOT click on your own adsense ads! Have a look at the official Google Adsense blog, much of good tips there:
