Each time I publish my blog it comes back duplicate. I have posted these same blogs on others sites such as yahoo contributor and blogger. However, I wrote the blogs and did my research on the content. Please assist me with rectifying this matter. Thank you.
You can post content you created to other sites, but that content cannot be published on HubPages at the same time.
The situation you described will always result in duplicate content.
I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the Learning Center.

You can't put any substantial amount of text on a hub that has already been posted somewhere else.
And this isn't a blogging site.
Hubs are supposed to read like magazine articles.
