I have been trying to find out whether the various memes are useable and I am finding conflicting info.. can we use them here on HP? Are they "legal" etc??
Having found a few hubs with a meme as the first full width capsule it would be nice to know the real rules because having read around I am still confused.....
Starting a post while everyone is still asleep is bound to get it ignored..... oh well will bump it before I go to sleep and see if there is a sensible answer (or even a highly amusing one!) when I awake... good night all....
Did you check the Hubs where the memes were used to see whether they had attributed the images correctly? I would think that you could look through Flickr and Creative Commons to see whether any of the meme-photos were licensed for general use or commercial use. My guess is that that would be the determining question.

I have looked at some hubs about RSS feeds, but do not fathom them exactly. It seems like theirs a lot of steps unless I am overlooking this. This is where your supposed to get your RSS URL from right http://www.feedvalidator.org/ ?Then a hubber recommended http://www.feedcat.net/ .So do I first...

I just started and wrote my first Hub today. About a recipe. Now what? How do you get paid on this site. I signed up for Adsense and the Amazon Associates program. But I am still confused on how you get paid. I have had 6 page views and one comment so far.

Like, do they check our traffic sources, and how many followers we have? I ask because another well-known site refused to pay me despite me having followed all the rules to the best of my knowledge, citing I had indulged in 'theft of intellectual property', and this after keeping me waiting for 3...
