I think the subject matter is a good choice. I'm a Tim Gunn fan myself... "make it work"!
This is just my approach... and I have only been doing this for a few days, so what I may say may not work or fit well with you or what gurus might say, but give it a wear:
Try breaking it up into sections... this means selecting more than one text content capsule. They give you the option of putting a subtitle, which gets put into bold writing. IMO this breaks up the reading content a bit so it's not like reading a novel.
Also, snazzy subtitles are a way to keep the reader's eye moving where you want it to go.
