So this time, I want to make sure that my hub is idling so that it doesn't get a 'no index' tag. So now it is showing up in my profile. What's up?
The other thing is although there is plenty of space for a picture ad, it hasn't added one. What have I done incorrectly?
The hub is called "How to make Photos and Pictures with Words."
For one thing, this hub was just published. Therefore, it will be in pending for at least 24 hours before HP publishes it. You don't want any hub in the idling, you want it to be featured. Idling is the same as the ZZZs were, which means not in search engine.
You didn't understand my question. Or maybe I haven't phrased it correctly.
The hub I wrote is showing on my profile. Does that mean that it's not pending? Also why isn't an ad showing?
@The hub is called "How to make Photos and Pictures with Words."
The hub has a "noindex" tag so its idle or pending ( more probable since no ads) - Have you chosen to show idle hubs with the tick box on your profile?
No. Originally I did. Then I removed it. I have no idling hubs. If they go idle, I either delete them or move them to somewhere else. How do I check that? thanks.
You are a tech mess, but I like you anyway.
Well, yes, I hate techy stuff. Believe it or not, I joined a computer company in 1975 and stayed within the industry in one way or another for about another 20 years, on and off. And then finally realized I hated the stuff!
I'm a writer, artist, dancer, etc..
Sophia: Listen. It takes 24 hours for the hub to be considered published by HP. Copy your link and use search engine to find it. You cannot.

I find it kind of ridiculous that I have been waiting for a couple weeks now for one of my hubpages to be published. What was the longest time you have ever had it take to get a hubpage to publish?

The Googlebot visits new hubs within 30-60 minutes while they are in 'Pending' mode and the NOINDEX tag is in place for 24 Hours. This means that the bot does not index the page, and does not return for days or weeks....
