I noticed when we write new hubs the tags are not visible. Is there a different place to put our keywords now?? Before when we created a new hub 1st the title, 2nd the topic, 3rd the format, 4the the keywords. Whats the new order?

When I go to edit my hubs or go to start a new hub I see that the keyword tags are not there and there is no option to add them. Is this only happening to me? Or is this a new change on HubPages that I don't know about?
