Greetings, my name and pen name is Muhammad Hajjo, and I'm a new member of Hubpages. I admitted a short story in titled "The Void Part 1" and as usual I got the pending sign that tells me it's going to be 24 hours wait until a decision has been made regarding my hub. That was yesterday, but today and I was surprised to find that the pending sign is gone and its place is now empty, no pending, no featured, and not any of the signs mentioned in my account, so I got confused, can you explain please??
Your hub went under the quality assessment by the Hubpages' team and it was not featured that means that they did not find the content unique, high quality, relavant to the title etc. So your hub is normal, it is published but not featured. I mean no offense but that is what the explanation is.
Thank u 4 being honest, do u have any tips on how to fix that?? I mean what can I do to make my content better??
It is hard to say without knowing what the hub was about in the first place. Was it fiction? Then I suggest a good proofreading.
I already did that. if u have the time and if it's not much trouble, can u take a look at it and tell me what u think?? the link: http://muhammadhajjo.hubpages.com/hub/The-Void-part-1
You make some changes in it, and then publish. That might work for you.
That just means it was assessed but your Hub did not meet their standards to be featured. Maybe re-read it and see if you you can add more diverse content and double check for errors.
I see a good number of misspellings and other issues. But more importantly it reads like a personal journal. If this is fiction I would suggest and introductory paragraph outline what type of fiction it is intended to be (short story, novel, literary?)

Right now, while a Hub is pending, it doesn't show ads, it has a "no follow" tag etc. However our followers get notified and they may share the Hub during that time. It would be nice if that notification could be delayed, too.

There is a lot of anger and/or frustration relating to the 'pending' system and most of it is down to the fact that it's not clear why there are exceptions - this is justified and there should be open-ness. (Note this only is aimed at new hubs, not hubs that become un-featured later)One way to do...

The hub I published this morning says not featured but has a good score and ads? I'm on my phone so I can't edit it. This is not a low quality hub though.

Some people have asked why do some Hubs go directly to featured. We are working on ways to get more Hubs featured as quickly as we can and are testing mechanisms for doing it. Right now, there are a small number of Hubbers where our system can process their Hubs immediately based on...

If updating a hub that is featured, say your best hub, a Hub-of-the-Day hub, a contest winner, or such, puts it into a no-index state until it's reviewed again, why would one want to ever update it?I have such a hub that has an almost constant broken link symbol. Every time I've checked the link in...

I published a new Hub yesterday which as of this writing, is still "pending" and has not been featured. I noticed when I first hit "publish" that the "You've published another hub!" info box with all of the relevant links/etc. now says that the Quality Assessment...
