I have heard many people share of how they earn from ebay capsules. My story is very different. Is it placing the capsules in the wrong side or what is that special thing those who earn money do? How can i place the capsules and how do i configure the right one?
To use the eBay capsules, you must be a member of the HP Earnings Program.
Then you must apply to be part of their eBay program.
Have you done both those things?
Looking at your Hubs, I can't see any which would be appropriate for eBay capsules. People won't buy from an eBay capsule if the product isn't relevant to the topic they're reading.
To use eBay capsules, it's really important to split your text up over several capsules and place the eBay capsules next to the related section of text. eBay capsules at the very end of a Hub never sell anything.

I'm curious if they're being changed in light of Ebay going to their own affiliate program. I can't seem to get products from ebay to pull up. I'm even copying part of the auction titles and using the seller, and nothign is pulling up. There's tons of items available for regular auctions under the...
