What is an incoming link and how do they work? (For instance, I noticed in my Hub Stats "no incoming links". I don't even no what that means but I'm assuming I would want to make one?)
Hey Cantuhearmescream! Incoming links are not something you need to worry about making for yourself- it's best if *others* make them.
An incoming link indicates that someone else has linked to your Hub from somewhere else online. It's definitely a good thing as it shows someone likes your content enough to reference it!

The link box rearranges itself. Once arranging the links in the order you want it, it rearranges. It's not that big of a deal, but I thought I'd throw that out there.
