Hubs that get Idled and edited get reassesed and reviewed
Hubs that are featured, and get edited for various reasons, get reviewed in the background.
Does this process involve resubmision via QAP for either or both?
If not, what is the process and does it vary for hubs that have already been QAPed or not.
All Hubs that are edited are re-submitted to the QAP, whether or not they were Featured or not Featured before said edit was made.
