When I typed the title in the google I was shocked to find another website exactly showing the same.

You will want to file a DMCA claim with the site that is hosting the content.
You can find instructions here.

If they do not respond, then the next step would be to file something with Google. Google can't remove content from sites like the publisher can, but they can make it not show in their search results.
Hi, I have the same concern. You just need to report a complaint to google (DMCA) and wait what they have to say. I'm still waiting for their response.
I have just had a site that copied some of my content taken down I reported it to google (dmca) 10 days ago and I got a email back saying they had completed there investigation yesterday and I checked and the dupe content site had removed it.
you can report to the DMCA and they may have the site removed. But i heard that what had been posted will stay there just that future articles will be blocked. Mine were copied but i didn't report because my earnings and traffic had fallen since May2013. Furthermore, I don;t want to get involved with the microsoft or google authorities.
