I haven't seen any recent updates or news from Hubpages staff, so maybe they've just given up.
I had a bunch of Hubs that were found to have broken links. The links were broken because they pointed to some of my Hubs that I've since moved to another site. I edited the Hubs today to remove the broken links. Now all of them have become unfeatured due to quality. All were previously featured, and in fact, I've never had a Hub that didn't pass the quality checks (until today).
You just can't make this stuff up.
There will come a time when only MTurks will be left on Hubpages. They will all turn on each other and censor out all remaining content, each hoping to be the last one to grab the remaining hub rating pittance.
I hope other hubbers will have seen the light long before that stage and set up their own sites.

Broken links used to be highlighted in yellow, not it seems they are not? This makes it much harder to find and fix them. I am using Firefox, is it any better in any of the other browsers.
