I just saw it posted on facebook that HP hit 3 billion search views today.  It was a little bit of good news amidst all of the bad traffic news lately!

Thanks, SoundNFury! We're totally psyched to have achieved such a huge number of Hub views. Hubbers really have something to be proud of! big_smile

Do you believe everything you read on the internet?

To clarify, galleryofgrace, that number reflects total Hub views to date. Not the views we received in a single day.

Too bad those views are not translating into individual views these days.  It seems incomprehensible that HP could get so many hits, yet so many here are suffering right now due to Panda and other issues.

Awesome!!! Maybe I just don't have a good understanding of how big that number is, but it doesn't seem that large to me. There are 6 billion people on the planet. And hubpages has been around for what? Almost a decade, I think? In that time you'd think we'd have a hit for every person in the world by now... Sorry to be a Debbie Downer. I'm not really. I just have a bad sense of numerical perspective.

lol. It will be a long time before every person on the planet has a computer and internet connection.

I'm thinking 3,000,000,000 is an impressive number. Mind you, that's 3 US billion. It is even more impressive when you're talking 3 European billion because it looks like this: 3,000,000,000,000.

Congrats Hubbers and keep rising! If 6 visits views seems so little to some, lets makes the difference and more than triple that number in the next 7 years. Traffic is our job after all.

I can believe that for accumulated views. Thanks

With 3 billion views in a day, we could all retire! If only. smile
