Why do I keep getting crawl errors, this is the third time?

I get these from my website when I am in edit mode and Google just happened to crawl it at the same time.
See answer here:
Will we see more crawl error messages now with the changes that require a higher threshold number on our Hubs and Hubberscores to be given a dofollow ? I am not a techno-knowledgeable type of person and at times struggle to understand the implications of such changes.
Dofollow is a 'code message' for search engine bots/crawlers/spiders, I think the nofollow is sometimes used on sites to combat spam being given a link or to give credit to links that you want ignored?
Here it looks to me as if only articles that achieve the criteria set by HubPages ( Hubscore numbers on hubs) will get a dofollow ... and 'the threshold bar' had been raised recently. Not sure if it will affect how many of my hubs are featured and if the traffic to them will drop. Are the following going to affect each other for hub traffic featured/scores/dofollows?

I am getting the following message in WMT on one of my hubs:Googlebot couldn't crawl this URL because it points to a non-existent page. Generally, 404s don't harm your site's performance in search, but you can use them to help improve the user experience. When I search the hub it appears in the...

I joined hubpages last Thursday. When I was signing up I signed up for everything including Adsense and was denied. I looked back at my application and it had a mistake on it. I corrected it thinking that was the problem and I was denied. I found another mistake and fixed it and was denied again. I...
