I keep getting the following message when I want to upload my first video from my computer.
Pineal Gland Activation.avi is an empty file.
I've saved the same video file in a windows media file to see if that works but that does not even show up for me to upload. All my videos are on Youtube but when I wanted to add the video through creating a hup page, I get this message: Your video Hub must contain a valid video. If your video is being processed, you can save your work and come back after it's finished processing.
Now I give up!  Please Help!

How do you add your videos? You also might need Adobe Flash Player. Do you have that?

@Nadine. It sounds like there may be issues with the local video files on your computer.
If you have a video that is already on YouTube, then you can use the video capsule and not a video Hub.

You can find more info about using the video capsule here.

Thank you both for your advice. Ive tried several times to download Adobe flash player and now for the third time, after going through the whole motion, I keep getting the same error box saying  - please get a later version of flash player? I'm trying to download flash player 11. I've tried it from 3 different sites. So far it looked like that was the latest?

For future reference, do you know how to check your programs to see what version(s) you have?

I thought I knew, but now I'm going to ask a friend to have a look. Thanks

It is easy. You click the 'Start' button on your task bar and click on 'Control Panel'. Then you click on 'Programs and Features' and move the bottom bar to the far right. It shows all of your present versions right there.

I received 4 emails on the videos I uploaded, but Sorry I can’t find the icon "Finalize and publish Video"  ?  When I tried to link one of the videos that I added previously to my articles through my YouTube channel, Could not find out how to do that either.
Sorry to be such a pain but Somehow the icon to "Finalize and publish Video" is invisible to me for now.

You have yet to publish the Hubs.
You can find all of your Hubs here.
              http://hubpages.com/my/hubs/stats
Edit the Hub and then click the "Publish" button while editing.

HP's only allows triple negatives b/c the 3rd one cancels the 2nd one out...
So can HP's not see it from your comp. or can you not see it from your comp?

Sorry but I'm lost in understanding about  - only allows triple negatives - changing the files to MOV seem to work so I will do that from now on
