The stats have been stagnant for the last 40 hours or so. Has anyone one noticed this? Is there a technical issue here and is it being fixed?

Always particularly unfortunate when this occasional problem happens at the weekend, Cardisa. Sure someone will be working on it as we type smile

It is not abnormal for stats to be delayed, especially after a weekend.
The page currently shows "Includes data from 39 hours ago and earlier"

If you click the ? next to the message, it should display the following.

"We strive to keep your Hub statistics as up to date as possible and the recency of our statistics are closely monitored. If you notice that your stats haven't been updated in a while, rest assured that we are aware of the issue. You can expect that things will return to normal within a day or so."

Matthew, I know all that but still...we usually see updates every 30 minutes or so. For the stats to be delayed for so long it's disconcerting. I just wanted to point it out because no one else did.

I also kind of feel weird not knowing how my hubs did yesterday as far as HP is concerned. My earnings were calculated so it's weird that the stats were not updated. Are my earnings for yesterday an estimate or are they correct?

Have you checked yours again? I just checked mine when I read this and mine are showing.

Our engineers were already working on the issue as the message on the stats page stated.
The fix was not related to this post.

I was thinking it, seeing it and feel the same since 30 hours. Glad you said it, Cardisa. I stopped posting about it.

Jan brought it my attention thankfully! I did notice that I had weird stats going on and wasn't sure why.

Thank you Cardisa, for being brave enough to post about this issue.

It is happening with increasing frequency, and staff responses about it being par for the course are not really good enough.

Of course they had to go one more and make out we are all whingers.

The suggestion is already there in the response by Matthew Meyer. (Actually that is not fair, Matthew suggested no such thing - I withdraw my accusation).

Some other staff member did, not so long back. It put everyone off posting about this problem.

Thanks Izzy. I searched three times for a post about it but could find none. I could not let it go any further. I did feel like Matthew made me feel like I should not have posted it....though his response was not offensive.

The stats are one of THE most important things on here.  Please don't anyone give me that Analytics explanation again.

There is a stats page on HP. It should work.

Now HP can says this and that but there are newer games in town.  On another site, their stats page, which is very simple, it just shows MONEY - is updated in real time.

That's real time.  Not many many hours of downtime on a regular basis.

IF I was running a writing site and wanted to retain and encourage writers, expecially the non-committed casuals - I would get that stats page fixed.

It must be technical issue, I have faced the same problem for the last 48 hours till they have activated 2 hours ago. It is wired to see unusual decrements.
